O-Piloth (NAI)

O-Piloth is approved with AES and NA1 with Horse Sport Ireland.
O-Piloth’s progeny are of a modern blood type, very careful and scopey jumpers, good movers – attributes that make O-Piloth a producer of top class showjumpers.

O-Piloth’s sire Epilot, won the Bundeschampionat, ridden by Franke Sloothaak. Later in his career, Epilot was ridden by Jos Lansink and Peter Geerink. Epilots son No Time, ridden by Peter Geerink, won the World Breeding Championships in Lanaken 2001 and 2002. P-Pilot, ridden by Wout Jan van der Schans, is another very successful progeny by Epilot. Epilot’s sire Pilot, dam sire Burggraaf and Le Mexico have proven them self as world class producers of showjumpers.

O-Piloth was ridden by Olympic, World and European Champion Jeroen Dubbeldam and retired to stud due to injury. At the age of 5 years old, O-Piloth came second at the “Zwolle International Stallion Show 2001” in the “International Future Stallion” Competition.

O-Piloth has proven himself as a sire by producing the winner of the qualifier of the CSI ** Cavan loose jumping finals 2009 and also having sired the winner and second placed horse in same finals. Winner Cosmopolitan B (out of Karina) is now ridden successfully by Moni Niederlaender, Austria. Second placed Lucy in the Sky B (out of Wandonga).
