every care is taken, Byrnesgrove Stud will not be held responsible
for any accident, illness or disease of visiting mares and foals.

Byrnesgrove
Stud reserves the right to have veterinary attention for any mares
and foals, if they deem it necessary, at the owners expense.

Any
instruction regarding the mare's or foal's health to be notified to
the Stud in writing.

Fee for Carrick Diamond Lad €700.

Stud
Fee for Doddington
Flyer €400.

Stud
Fee for Riyalan
(TB) €500.

Stud
Fee for Ballinaboy
- Tom (cp) €300.

Mare
passports must accompany mares to stud at all times.

All
stud fees must be paid at time of service.

Stud
fees must be received before transport of semen or at collection of
semen.

All
mare details including I.H.R. registration No. and vererinary
surgeon contact number must be forwarded before semen is
transported.

The
insemination form must be returned completed and signed by the
inseminating veterinary surgeon or A.I. technician to ensure
registration of offspring.

Semen
transport containers must be immeditaely returned by registered post
on the day of the final insemination. If it is not returned you will
be invoiced for cost of contrainers 14 days after leaving
Byrnesgrove Stud.

No
foal - free return the following year provided we receive a barren
certificate from your vet before 1st October of the year of
convering with mares I.H.R. No.
